I was born in Cameroon, which is located in central Africa. Flore Lely Mouang have not joined nursing by mistake. I came from a big family of 11 children since my childhood I was a caring child. At the age of 12, my father was diagnosed with a colon cancer and the only way to do the surgery was to take him close to Nigeria in one of the biggest hospitals to do his surgery. I am sharing this little story so that you can understand exactly why taking care of people who are in need is my passion and my life. AT the age of 12, I was chosen among 11 children and I am the number 9 by my family to take my father to the hospital to do his surgery. That is not all before we travel, my father gave me $10000 that I was kipping with me to pay all his medical bill. The good news is that I took my dad to the hospital, I was the one doing the laundry, cooking the meal, doing companionship, washing dishes, helping him with shower, paying all the bill in the hospital. I took a very good care of my dad after my mother relieved me and get back home.

15 years ago, until now, my mother felt very sick too and we were living together everybody was sure that my mother will die. I took care of my mother almost 2 years of sickness and I was just having my first daughter. I was providing all the best care that you can give to your loved ones. Even though my parents are not alive, I know they are proud of me. I understand what it means to take care of a loved one. Some years after I traveled to Dubai to improve my skill as a care giver, then I succeeded by taking care of people in their house after they were discharged from the hospital and I did it for 5 years. When I came to United State of America, I joined the English class, then the nursing class to continue with my passion (Taking care of people who are in need). I worked as a Certified Nurse Assistance for so many places including hospital, nursing home, skill nursing facilities, hospice, and private duty. I have worked with all types of patients such as: Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, cancer, dialysis, stroke, surgery, or another disease that makes daily life challenging.

I say to myself that I don’t want to limit all the experiences and the gifts that God gave me to take care of people who are in need. I took a decision to open a home health care agency to continue to give the best of myself by working with dedicated, referring only highly trained and experienced caregivers, nurses and doctors to our clients.
